Schneider Electric fixe le cours de référence de ses OCEANEs à échéance 2034
Schneider Electric a annoncé le cours de référence et le ratio initial de conversion de son émission de 850 millions d'euros en obligations à option de conversion et/ou d'échange en actions (OCEANEs) à échéance 2034. Le cours de référence a été fixé à 281,3710 euros, correspondant au cours moyen pondéré de l'action sur Euronext Paris. Le ratio de conversion est de 263,2612 actions par obligation. Parallèlement, Schneider Electric a racheté 94 % de ses OCEANEs 2030 en circulation, pour un montant total d'environ 886 millions d'euros, offrant ainsi une protection contre la dilution de son capital social.
