Schneider Electric : Rachat d’actions hebdomadaire
Le 17 août 2026, Schneider Electric a annoncé dans un communiqué financier la réalisation d'un programme de rachat d'actions. Ce programme avait été autorisé lors de l’Assemblée Générale du 7 mai 2026, conforme à l'article L. 22-10-62 du Code de commerce français et au Règlement européen sur les abus de marché.
Entre le 10 et le 14 août 2026, Schneider Electric a ainsi acquis 23 000 de ses actions. Ces actions représentent environ 0,00% de son capital social, pour un montant total de 7 063 440 euros. L'objectif de ces rachats est de soutenir les plans d’intéressement à long terme pour les employés et dirigeants de la société.
