Schneider Electric Executes Share Buyback
On June 1, 2026, Schneider Electric announced regulatory approval for a share buyback program authorized by its Annual General Meeting on May 7, 2026. The program, specified in the 2025 Universal Registration Document, grants the Board of Directors the authority to purchase company shares under French and European regulations.
From May 25 to May 29, 2026, Schneider Electric repurchased 40,718 shares, accounting for approximately 0.01% of its share capital as of the end of 2025. The total expenditure for these transactions was €10,989,532. This buyback aims to fulfill obligations tied to long-term incentive plans for company employees and executives.
