Schneider Electric Reports on Latest Share Buyback

Schneider Electric has disclosed details of its latest share buyback activity, authorized by the Annual General Meeting on May 7, 2026. This program follows the 16th resolution, in accordance with Article L. 22-10-62 of the French Commercial Code and European Regulation (EU) no. 596/2014 concerning market abuse. Between August 17 and August 21, 2026, Schneider Electric repurchased 35,900 shares, equating to approximately 0.01% of its share capital as of December 31, 2025. The total purchase value was 10,697,873 €. The primary aim is to fulfill obligations related to long-term incentive plans for employees and corporate officers.
