Schneider Electric Reports on Share Buyback Program
Schneider Electric has reported on its recent share buyback activity, authorized by the company's Annual General Meeting on May 7, 2026. The program falls under the provisions of Article L. 22-10-62 of the French Commercial Code and European Regulation (EU) no. 596/2014 on market abuse. The buyback initiative is outlined in the company's 2025 Universal Registration Document.
Between September 21 and September 25, 2026, Schneider Electric repurchased 39,000 shares, equating to approximately 0.01% of its share capital as of December 31, 2025.
