Les porteurs d'obligations LR Health & Beauty SE à échéance 2024/2028 (WKN A3513A, ISIN n° 0013149658) ont formé un groupe ad hoc pour engager des négociations avec la société. Cette initiative fait suite à l'annonce par la société de possibles dérogations aux clauses restrictives de levier financier en raison de résultats opérationnels moins favorables que prévu.
