Cotation Réussie du MobiFonds Swiss Property à la SIX Swiss Exchange
Le fonds MobiFonds Swiss Property a fait son entrée sur la SIX Swiss Exchange le 3 mars 2026. Cette cotation marque une nouvelle étape pour le fonds, désormais accessible à tous les investisseurs. Durant les premiers jours de négociation, le fonds a été intégré dans les indices «SXI Real Estate Broad» et «SXI Real Estate Funds Broad».
Dès la cotation, Dominik Bögli a pris la direction du portefeuille, composé actuellement de 23 immeubles pour une valeur de marché de 1,2 milliard CHF. Depuis son lancement en 2013, le fonds s'est concentré sur des biens récemment construits ou rénovés.
Le MobiFonds Swiss Property, fonds immobilier de droit suisse, s'adresse à des investisseurs recherchant un rendement régulier à moyen ou long terme.
