SCOR Reports Strong 2025 Results and Proposes Increased Dividend

Global reinsurer SCOR has announced a net income of EUR 208 million for Q4 2025, contributing to a full year net income of EUR 851 million. This performance entailed a 20.4% annualized Return on Equity for the quarter.

The company's robust results were fueled by all major activities. The Property & Casualty (P&C) segment reported an 80.9% combined ratio, bolstered by moderate natural catastrophe impacts. Meanwhile, the Life & Health (L&H) segment posted an insurance service result of EUR 115 million, driven by favorable contract performance. SCOR's investments yielded a 3.8% income return.

For 2025, SCOR's solvency ratio stood at 215%, within the optimal range of 185%-220%. The board proposed a dividend of EUR 1.9 per share, up 5.6% from the previous year, affirming SCOR’s strategic and operational strength.
