Dr Alexandra Heine Appointed as New CFO of secunet

Secunet Security Networks AG has announced a significant change in its management team. Dr Alexandra Heine will assume the role of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) effective 1 January 2027. She succeeds Jessica Nospers, who will step down on 30 September 2026. Dr Heine's appointment marks a continuation in secunet's transformative strategy.

Jessica Nospers has been integral to secunet's development over the past two and a half years, particularly in enhancing its finance function. Under her guidance, the company has made substantial strides in its transformation and future viability. The Supervisory Board, led by Dr Ralf Wintergerst, expressed gratitude for her contributions and wishes her well in future endeavors.

Dr Heine brings valuable expertise from her previous role as CFO at Arvato Systems, where she contributed significantly to their growth and digital progress. During the transition, CEO Marc-Julian Siewert will temporarily handle CFO duties.
