SELECTIRENTE: Details of voting rights and shares as of April 30, 2026
SELECTIRENTE has released key figures regarding the total number of voting rights and shares as of April 30, 2026. The share capital consists of 4,172,938 shares. The total number of theoretical voting rights is 4,172,938, while the number of exercisable voting rights is 4,161,195.
Theoretical voting rights include those of shares deprived of this right, in accordance with Article 223-11 of the AMF General Regulation. Rights to be exercised at General Meetings are calculated after deduction of shares held in treasury or other exceptions.
