SELECTIRENTE Maintains EPRA Recognition for Financial and Sustainability Standards

SELECTIRENTE, a listed property company specializing in high-street retail real estate, has been recognized once again by the European Public Real Estate Association (EPRA) for its outstanding financial and sustainability communication. For the fifth consecutive year, the company has received the EPRA BPR Gold Award, underscoring its commitment to transparency, reliability, and comparability in financial reporting. This year, it is among 91 out of 163 companies to achieve this distinction.

Additionally, SELECTIRENTE has been awarded the EPRA sBPR Silver Award for the second year in a row, acknowledging its commitment to sustainability and alignment with the sBPR framework. This award evaluates 28 environmental, social, and governance indicators, reflecting the company's positive sustainability trajectory.
