Selectirente's 2026 Half-Year Results: Confirmed Resilience
Selectirente announces solid results for the first half of 2026. The financial occupancy rate reached 95.9%, up compared to 2025. Leasing activity remains dynamic with 31 relocations and lease renewals. Like-for-like rents show a slight decrease of 0.2% compared to 2025, while investments amounted to €13.7 million.
IFRS net income was €10.1 million, down from €18.6 million in 2025, primarily due to the absence of exceptional capital gains. However, EPRA recurring income increased by 4% to €9.5 million. The loan-to-value (LTV) ratio stood at 35.5%, demonstrating a well-managed financial structure.
Despite a volatile economic environment, Selectirente maintains a rigorous arbitrage strategy and plans to capitalize on current real estate opportunities to strengthen its growth.
