Update of the number of shares and voting rights at SELECTIRENTE

SELECTIRENTE announces the total number of shares forming its share capital as of February 28, 2026. The company has 4,172,938 shares. These reflect an equivalent density of theoretical voting rights, while the rights exercisable at shareholders' meetings amount to 4,161,235.

Theoretical rights encompass all shares, even those without voting rights, according to Article 223-11 of the AMF's General Regulation. Conversely, exercisable rights are adjusted to exclude these specific shares and relate to decisions made at general meetings.
