Semi-annual review of Infotel's liquidity contract

Infotel has released the half-year report for its liquidity contract managed by Invest Securities as of June 30, 2026. The liquidity account held 2,315 Infotel shares and €134,742.75 on that date. During the six-month period, 176 buy transactions and 185 sell transactions were executed. This represents a total trading volume of 6,093 shares purchased for €231,789.25 and 6,951 shares sold for €269,676.35.

As a reminder, on April 13, 2026, the liquidity account held 3,173 shares and €96,523.88. At the time the contract was established, the account held 2,468 shares and €151,361.73. These figures illustrate the fluctuations in the liquidity of Infotel shares over this period.
