Sensirion Launches Global Availability of SEN62 Sensing Platform

Sensirion has announced the worldwide availability of its new environmental sensing module, the SEN62. This compact device measures air quality parameters like particulate matter, humidity, and temperature. Designed for seamless integration, SEN62 is now available via Sensirion’s global distributor network.

Part of the SEN6x family, SEN62 is designed for easy use in air purifiers, HVAC systems, and smart home devices. Its capabilities to meet building standards like RESET® and WELL Building Standard™ make it an ideal choice for applications that prioritize certified indoor air quality.

The SEN62 features a miniaturized MEMS-based PM sensor, SPS6x, which ensures reliable performance in a compact form. According to David Carminati, Product Manager at Sensirion, SEN62 accelerates product development by providing ready-to-use output data, which simplifies integration.
