Acquisition complète de Latanier Expériences par SFCMC
La Société Fermière du Casino Municipal de Cannes (SFCMC) a finalisé l'acquisition des actions de Latanier Expériences. En procédant à cette transaction, SFCMC, déjà détentrice de 50% de Latanier Expériences, a acquis les 50% restants auprès de CG Invest. Ainsi, SFCMC devient l'unique actionnaire de cette société.
Cette décision avait été annoncée au public le 29 juillet 2025. Le transfert de propriété et le règlement financier de l'opération sont prévus pour le 3 novembre 2025. SFCMC vise, par cette acquisition, à renforcer son contrôle opérationnel sur Latanier Expériences et à soutenir son développement stratégique.
