Shanghai Electric Showcases AI and Green Energy Solutions at Hannover Messe 2026
Shanghai Electric presented its AI-driven integration of energy and industry at Hannover Messe 2026. The company operated under the theme "Interlocking Energy and Industry" to showcase green energy products and AI-enabled industrial applications. With four exhibition zones—"AI for Industry," "Zero-Carbon Parks," "POWER to X," and "IIoT Digital Foundation"—Shanghai Electric highlighted opportunities in Europe's energy transition.
In the "AI for Industry" zone, the "StarCloud Intelligent Manufacturing" series was introduced, featuring AI models for manufacturing processes. The "Mobile Factory" product combines modular equipment with AI and digital twin technology for remote maintenance. The bipedal humanoid robot "Suyuan" was also displayed.
The "Zero-Carbon Parks" zone demonstrated wind, solar, and energy storage solutions. Shanghai Electric's technologies are part of its zero-carbon park developments, including an offshore turbine and vanadium redox battery system.
