Share buyback by Econocom Group
On March 18, 2026, Econocom Group SE carried out a share buyback under the program authorized by shareholders on November 30, 2021. A stock market transaction was carried out, involving the purchase of 173,135 shares at an average unit price of 1.473 euros.
Following this transaction, Econocom Group SE now holds 747,536 shares of the company, representing 0.46% of the 162,759,902 shares issued by the group.
