Share buybacks by Econocom Group
Econocom Group SE recently acquired 594,615 of its own shares between May 19 and 25, 2025. These purchases were made in accordance with the authorization given by the General Meeting of Shareholders in November 2021. The transactions took place on the stock market at prices ranging from €1.932 to €1.945 per share.
Following these transactions, Econocom Group now holds 3,020,676 of its own shares. This represents 1.81% of the total 167,047,004 shares issued by the company.
