Share capital of Lhyfe as of December 31, 2025

On January 6, 2026, Lhyfe, an independent green hydrogen producer, announced the total number of shares and voting rights in its share capital as of December 31, 2025. The company, listed on Euronext Paris, reported that it has 48,113,844 shares. The total number of theoretical voting rights is 81,054,019, while the number of exercisable voting rights is 81,027,519. The difference between these figures is explained by the 26,500 treasury shares held by Lhyfe, which do not carry voting rights.
