Share capital status of HiPay Group as of August 31, 2026

HiPay Group has disclosed key information regarding its share capital structure as of August 31, 2026, in accordance with AMF regulations. The share capital consists of 6,313,974 shares. The total number of theoretical voting rights is 6,880,220, while 6,849,289 voting rights are exercisable at general meetings.

This data includes shares repurchased under the share buyback program authorized at the Annual General Meeting of June 4, 2025, and implemented by the Board of Directors on February 23, 2026. 30,931 shares are held in treasury by the company, depriving them of voting rights. HiPay Group, a global payment services provider, is thus continuing its active management of its shareholding structure.
