Shelfie-Tech Ltd. (CSE:SHLF, OTCQB:SHLFF) has announced the successful closing of its non-brokered private placement. This placement involved the issuance of 961,642 common shares at CAD$1.78 per share, resulting in gross proceeds of approximately CAD$1,711,538. The funds will support the acquisition of Aspect Information Systems Ltd. and general corporate activities.

The private placement was initially announced in June 2026, and securities issued are subject to a four-month and one day hold period. The company will also pay finders' fees totaling CAD$38,340 and issue 21,539 shares to eligible finders.
