Shelfie-Tech Announces Details of Upcoming Private Placement

Shelfie-Tech Ltd., trading as (CSE:SHLF)(OTCQB:SHLFF), has announced plans to finalize a non-brokered private placement on or around October 9, 2026. This initiative hopes to offer up to 1,179,775 common shares priced at CAD$1.78 each, aiming to accumulate approximately CAD$2.1 million. Proceeds are expected to facilitate the acquisition of Aspect Information Systems Ltd., along with supporting general working capital and corporate purposes.

The issued securities will be subject to a hold period of four months and one day. Additionally, the company will compensate eligible finders in cash and shares in line with Canadian Securities Exchange regulations.
