Shelly Group Announces New CFO to Bolster Financial Strategy

Shelly Group SE, an IoT solutions provider headquartered in Sofia, Bulgaria, is realigning its finance organization for the next growth phase. As part of this strategic shift, Iliyana Krushkova will take on the role of Chief Financial Officer starting January 12, 2026. She replaces Svetozar Illiev, who is stepping down for personal reasons after 16 years of service. Illiev will continue to advise the company during this transition.

Krushkova brings over 15 years of experience in financial management, having served in senior roles at international IT firms such as ScaleFocus and KPMG. Her appointment underscores Shelly Group's focus on international scaling, emphasizing cash flow stability and efficient financial processes. The company intends to propose at the 2026 Annual General Meeting that she also be elected to the Board of Directors.
