Showroomprivé Reports Decline in Traditional Business Streams, Sees Growth in Key Areas
Showroomprivé recorded a Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) of €440 million in the first half of 2025, marking an 11.9% decline compared to 2024. Revenue also fell to €276 million, a 13.4% decrease. This downturn was mainly due to a 14.3% drop in the company's traditional business activity in France.
Despite the decline, growth sectors showed positive results. Sales on the Marketplace increased significantly, and The Bradery business saw sustained growth. However, sales in Travel & Leisure, as well as international sales, experienced a slight downturn.
The company's EBITDA for the period was -€18.2 million, influenced by the overall decline in sales. The cash position stood at €46 million as of June 30, 2025. Moving forward, Showroomprivé plans to implement a strategic review to align its future plans, aiming for deeper impacts by 2026.
