On January 8, 2026, Showroomprivé announced the signing of a conciliation agreement aimed at rescheduling its bank debt. Concluded under the guidance of lawyer Frédéric Abitbol, this agreement marks the end of the conciliation process.

At the time of signing, the debt included an amortizing loan and a revolving credit facility, each for €20 million. The repayments on these debts were deferred for 22 months, until October 2028.

The agreement includes commitments such as the non-payment of dividends until the restructured debt is fully repaid. Conditions for early repayment are also established, particularly in the event of additional financial resources.

The agreement still needs to be approved by the Bobigny Commercial Court. This initiative aims to provide Showroomprivé with greater financial flexibility for its recovery.
