Shuttle Traffic in February 2025: Contrasting Dynamics
In February 2025, LeShuttle Freight recorded a 3% decrease in truck transport compared to February 2024, with 95,479 trucks transported. This decrease comes despite a so-called leap year which generally compensates for variations. Since January, nearly 197,000 trucks have crossed the Channel via Getlink shuttles.
Conversely, passenger vehicle transport increased by 6%, reaching 121,903 vehicles in February 2025. Since the beginning of the year, nearly 250,000 passenger vehicles have made the journey, illustrating a resurgence of activity in this sector.
The company plans to release traffic figures for next March on Tuesday, April 8, before financial markets open.
