Ann-Kristin Erkens Appointed Interim CEO of SIG Group AG
On August 4, 2025, SIG Group AG announced that Ann-Kristin Erkens has been appointed as the interim CEO. This decision follows a mutual agreement for Samuel Sigrist to step down from his position. The Board of Directors believes new leadership is necessary to guide the company through its next growth phase.
Ann-Kristin Erkens will manage daily operations while continuing her role as Chief Financial Officer. Ola Rollén, Chair of the Board, expressed confidence in Erkens' ability to accelerate growth and improve performance, supported by the Board.
The recruitment process for a permanent CEO is underway, and a new date for the Capital Markets Day will be announced soon. The Board thanked Sigrist for his contributions during his 20-year tenure with SIG, including the last 4.5 years as CEO.
