SIG Group AG Reports Third Quarter 2025 Revenue Decline

SIG Group AG announced a revenue decline of 3.9% for the third quarter of 2025 compared to the same period in 2024, at constant currency. However, for the first nine months of 2025, the company recorded slight growth of 0.4% at constant currency. The adjusted EBITDA margin contracted to 16.0% in Q3 2025 from 25.0% in Q3 2024, including non-recurring charges. Excluding these charges, the margin was 24.0%. A €320 million non-recurring charge was recognized in Q3 2025 due to market weakness and strategic business reviews.

By region, revenue in Europe declined 2.5% year-on-year, Asia Pacific saw minimal growth of 0.1%, and the Americas experienced a 4.2% increase at constant currency for the first nine months. Despite these challenges, SIG reaffirms its full-year guidance, expecting flat to slightly negative revenue growth at constant currency and resin.
