Sintana Energy Announces Stock Options Exercise
Sintana Energy Inc. has announced the exercise of stock options for 625,000 common shares. These options, exercised by a company consultant, were at varied prices: 250,000 options at $0.165 each, 200,000 at $0.11 each, and 175,000 at $0.27 each. This exercise totals a payment of CAD$110,500 to Sintana.
Additionally, the company has applied for the admission of these shares on the TSX Venture Exchange and AIM. Admission is anticipated around April 28, 2026. Upon admission, the total share capital will consist of 514,806,240 common shares, each holding one vote. Sintana holds no shares in treasury.
