Sirius Media Production is filing for judicial reorganization
The SIRIUS MEDIA group has announced that its subsidiary, Sirius Media Production, is filing for insolvency proceedings. This move aims to restructure its debt after negotiations with its creditors failed. The Paris Commercial Court is expected to rule on the application on April 14, 2026.
This procedure aims to protect the company while it continues to meet its obligations. Sirius Media Production's shareholders have committed to injecting cash to ensure business continuity during this period.
The group clarified that this situation does not affect the parent company or its other subsidiary, Triple A. The group continues to implement its new debt reduction strategy.
