Allane Mobility Group Announces 2026 AGM Results
On June 25, 2026, Allane Mobility Group held its virtual Annual General Meeting, with shareholders approving all proposed resolutions. Representing 93.54% of voting share capital, the meeting saw the Management and Supervisory Boards granted discharge for 2025. No dividends will be distributed for 2025 as funds will bolster the equity base and future growth. Four Supervisory Board members were elected, including Marcelo Antonio Brutti and Woo Jong Joo of Hyundai Capital Services, André Lorse of Santander Consumer Bank AG, and independent member Dr. Axel Wieandt.
The company experienced significant growth and profitability in 2025, attributed primarily to expansion in Captive Leasing.
