SMTPC: First half 2026 results
The Société Marseillaise du Tunnel Prado Carénage (SMTPC) announced a slight decrease in its revenue of 0.2% for the first half of 2026, reaching €19.158 million, compared to the same period of the previous year. This decrease is mainly due to slightly lower traffic, with 7,000,802 light vehicles using the tunnel, 0.1% less than in 2025.
Despite this decrease in traffic, net income increased by 5.7%, reaching €5.661 million, thanks to effective management of operating expenses.
The balance sheet reveals a decrease in tangible fixed assets and current assets, due in particular to the payment of dividends and the repayment of debt.
