SMTPC: Revenue stable despite a slight decrease in traffic

The Société Marseillaise du Tunnel Prado Carénage (SMTPC) announces a turnover of 10.09 million euros for the second quarter of 2026, slightly higher than the 10.07 million of 2025. This stability is achieved despite a 1.3% decrease in traffic, representing 3,666,554 vehicles compared to 3,716,493 last year.

Toll revenues fell by 1.3%, while ancillary services increased from €0.29 million to €0.45 million. The overall 0.1% decrease in traffic during the first half of the year did not prevent SMTPC from maintaining its revenue thanks to the diversification of its income streams.

SMTPC, the concession holder until 2033, is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the Prado Carénage tunnel and the Prado Sud tunnel in Marseille. The company is listed on Euronext Growth Paris.
