By embedding SMX's molecular markers into Bio-Packaging's sustainable product lines, they aim to provide verifiable proof of origin and recycling data. This initiative supports Singapore's upcoming Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) for packaging.
Bio-Packaging's Director, Lim Qin Jie, emphasizes the fusion of traceability technology with sustainable packaging as a means to enhance trust in eco-friendly claims. This partnership seeks to position packaging as a data-rich asset that substantiates green credentials.
