Novem Group S.A. Reports Decline in HY 2025/26 Results

Novem Group S.A. has announced its half-year results for the financial year 2025/26, revealing a setback in revenue and earnings due to challenging market trends. The company reported a revenue of €254.5 million, reflecting an 8.9% decrease compared to the previous year. This decline was significantly impacted by underperformance in its Tooling business and adverse foreign exchange effects.

The company recorded an Adjusted EBIT of €15.4 million, marking a steep 41.3% drop from the prior year. The downturn in their results is attributed to continued low demand and project delays, affecting revenue streams across various regions, particularly in Asia and the Americas.

Despite these challenges, Novem Group reported a robust free cash flow of €15.8 million, a notable improvement over last year's figure. Capital expenditure decreased, primarily due to reduced investments in growth projects.
