Novem Group S.A. Reports Subdued Q1 2025/26 Results

Novem Group S.A. announced its Q1 2025/26 results, revealing a challenging start to the fiscal year. The company reported revenues of €128.9 million, marking an 8% decrease compared to Q1 2024/25. This decline is attributed to weak demand, especially in Asia and the Americas, alongside unfavorable currency impacts and ongoing US tariff discussions.

Series revenue fell by 2.5%, while Tooling revenue plunged by 40.1% due to project timing differences. Europe's revenue rose by €4.6 million year-over-year, yet Americas dropped by €13.7 million due to plant closures and decreased Tooling sales. Asia saw a €2.1 million decline linked to weak Series performance.

Adjusted EBIT stood at €7.7 million, a 45.9% drop from last year. Restructuring and cost initiatives in Germany have been implemented to counterbalance weak revenue. Conversely, capital expenditure declined to €1.8 million, supporting a positive free cash flow of €1.3 million.
