Enapter AG Holds Successful 2026 Annual General Meeting

Enapter AG, a greentech company, hosted its Annual General Meeting on September 22, 2026. Shareholders approved all agenda items with over 94% consensus. The meeting concluded with the election of a new Supervisory Board. Dr.-Ing. Jens Foerst was newly elected, while Eva Katheder and Ragnar Kruse were re-elected. Jens Foerst will serve as Chairman and Eva Katheder as Deputy Chairwoman.

Jens Foerst brings extensive experience as a strategy consultant and in leadership roles within multinational companies. Notably, he previously served on the Group Executive Board of the CLAAS Group and held key positions at MAN Truck & Bus AG and BMW AG. Participation in the meeting represented 40.3% of Enapter's share capital.
