EPC Group's financial performance in the third quarter of 2025

The EPC Group, listed on Euronext, observed a notable growth of +8.3% in its quarterly activity in the third quarter of 2025. Over nine months, the revenue from consolidated activities reached €435.5 million, up +5.7%, despite an overall context of stable prices.

This performance is primarily due to strong activity in the Europe, Mediterranean, and Americas regions, with growth of +9.9%, partly driven by increased demand for explosives and a good season for Urban Mining (+21.7% in the third quarter). Meanwhile, the Africa, Asia, and Pacific region experienced a decline of -5.3%, mainly attributed to lower volumes in Saudi Arabia.

The Group has also strengthened its position through the acquisition of companies such as Blastcon Australia, thus contributing to its global expansion. Despite some regional slowdowns, EPC remains confident in its prospects for profitable growth through 2025.
