Société Foncière Lyonnaise Reports Solid First-Half 2025 Results
Société Foncière Lyonnaise (SFL) announced its first-half 2025 results, highlighting a 7.4% increase in EPRA earnings to €64.5 million compared to the same period in 2024. The portfolio value rose by 1.0% to €7,650 million. Despite a more mixed rental environment, SFL maintained a strong economic occupancy rate of 99.3% and set new records in office rents, surpassing €1,000/sq.m.
Rental income showed modest growth, increasing by 0.8% to €122.6 million, while adjusted operating profit slightly decreased by 1.5% to €108.2 million. Net attributable profit increased significantly by 30.4% to €100 million.
SFL's development pipeline shows a potential annual reversionary income of €79.0 million, boosted by strategic redevelopment projects. The group also strengthened its financial structure, extending the average debt maturity to 3.8 years and achieving a net debt level of €2,808 million, reflecting a 34.3% loan-to-value ratio.
