SoftwareOne Holding AG, a global software and cloud solutions provider, reported a positive Q1 2026, with revenue increasing by 67.4% YoY to CHF 387.7 million. This growth is attributed to the acquisition of Crayon and high volumes of CSP agreements. Adjusted EBITDA rose to CHF 79.4 million, reflecting a 20.5% margin, an improvement of 3.4 percentage points from the previous year.

The company saw broad-based momentum, with significant enhancements in the NORAM region and consistent performance across other regions, such as the Nordics and APAC. Revenue growth was supported by the transition to CSP models and strong demand for AI, cloud services, and cybersecurity. SoftwareOne's strategic focus is yielding results, with a targeted CHF 100 million in cost synergies by year-end 2026 and AI bolstering demand within service portfolios.
