SoftwareOne appoints Raphael Erb as sole CEO
SoftwareOne Holding AG has announced the appointment of Raphael Erb as its sole CEO, effective from August 1, 2026. This change comes after Co-CEO Melissa Mulholland decided to leave following the near completion of SoftwareOne's integration with Crayon. The leadership shift to a sole CEO structure is intended to support the company’s next development phase, maintaining continuity and focus.
Raphael Erb, who has been Co-CEO since July 2025, will now lead the entire business. He has a longstanding history with SoftwareOne, having joined the company in 1999 and served as CEO since November 2024. Chairman Till Spillmann stated that Erb’s deep understanding of the company's operations positions him well to drive SoftwareOne forward.
The company has reiterated that its strategic and financial goals for 2030 remain unchanged. The announcement of SoftwareOne's first-half 2026 results is scheduled for August 26, 2026.
