SoftwareOne Posts Strong Growth in H1 2026 with Increased EBITDA Margin

SoftwareOne Holding AG reported an 11.6% revenue growth on a like-for-like basis in H1 2026, achieving an adjusted EBITDA margin expansion of 4.5 percentage points to 24.9%. The Swiss-based software and cloud solutions provider noted that in Q2 2026, its EBITDA margin rose to 28.9% on a like-for-like basis. This performance was accompanied by CHF 100 million in run-rate cost synergies, with prospects for an additional CHF 5-10 million expected in H2 2026. The company also completed the integration of Crayon, refocusing efforts on commercial execution and customer value creation.

Financially, group revenue reached CHF 818.3 million, a 68.2% increase year-on-year under IFRS standards. Meanwhile, the reported EBITDA climbed to CHF 185.4 million, marking an increase of 5.2 percentage points compared to the previous year. Net profit rose significantly to CHF 54.3 million. The company restructured its Executive Board, appointing new regional presidents, including Regina Manfredi for the Americas and Rico Andreoli for EMEA, while Oliver Berchtold, COO, departed.
