Integration efforts are progressing, with CHF 21 million in cost synergies already realized, aiming for 30% of total synergies by year-end 2025.
Despite currency fluctuations impacting revenue, SoftwareOne anticipates stable revenue growth, maintaining an adjusted EBITDA margin above 20%. Strategic sales initiatives are poised to leverage their position in cloud and AI markets, fostering sustainable growth.
