SoftwareOne Sets Agenda for 2025 Annual General Meeting
SoftwareOne Holding AG has released details for its upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for May 16, 2025, in Lucerne. Key proposals include a CHF 0.30 per share dividend, constituting a 66% payout of the adjusted net profit. This distribution will derive from both non-Swiss capital contribution reserves and available earnings.
The Board of Directors recommends the appointment of Till Spillmann as Chairman, replacing current Chairman Daniel von Stockar, who seeks re-election as a Board member along with other incumbents. Additionally, Rune Syversen and Jens Rugseth, co-founders of Crayon, will join the Board following Crayon's acquisition.
