SoftwareONE Seeks Secondary Listing on Euronext Oslo Børs Amid Crayon Merger Plans
SoftwareONE Holding AG is set to advance its merger with Crayon, revealed in December 2024, by applying for a secondary listing on Euronext Oslo Børs. This follows FINMA's approval of Euronext Oslo Børs as a foreign trading venue for Swiss-listed companies. This strategic move allows Crayon shareholders participating in the voluntary offer to receive shares traded on this Norwegian exchange.
CEO Raphael Erb highlights the listing as essential for integrating SoftwareONE and Crayon, affirming the commitment to the Norwegian market. The offer period is expected to begin in mid-March 2025, with the merger now anticipated to conclude by June 2025, earlier than previously scheduled.
Crayon's CEO Melissa Mulholland considers FINMA's recognition a significant step in facilitating the merger. Since Crayon's IPO, Euronext Oslo Børs has played a pivotal role in its market presence.
