SoftwareOne Holding AG announced the approval of all proposals related to the acquisition of Crayon by its shareholders during the Extraordinary General Meeting. With 62.44% of total share capital represented, the shareholders authorized the issuance of up to 72,205,459 registered shares to facilitate the acquisition. This decision includes integrating Crayon's co-founders, Rune Syversen and Jens Rugseth, into the Board of Directors, contingent on the acquisition's completion.
