Sogeclair Transfers Liquidity Contract to Portzamparc

On April 1st, 2026, Sogeclair announced the transfer of its liquidity contract to Portzamparc, a subsidiary of BNP Paribas Group. The contract, effective immediately, will last for a year, with automatic renewal options. This move aims to ensure market-making services for Sogeclair shares on the Euronext Growth Paris market. The agreement follows the AMF regulations and AMAFI ethical guidelines.

The previous agreement with Gilbert Dupont ended on March 31, 2026. As of that date, the liquidity account contained 1,163 Sogeclair shares and 32,419.07 euros. Comparatively, at the end of 2025, the account had 1,142 shares and 35,919.93 euros. Initially, in 2011, the account held 3,606 shares and 51,114.70 euros. The new contract maintains the same assets.

This agreement can be paused or terminated based on specific conditions, including Sogeclair’s discretion or Portzamparc’s notice.
