Goldman Sachs Crosses Thresholds in SOITEC
On June 3, 2025, The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc., announced by mail its increase in its stake in the capital and voting rights of SOITEC. The group crossed the 5% threshold on May 28, 2025, reaching 7.01% of the capital and 5.49% of the voting rights, through the companies it indirectly controls. This change results from an off-market acquisition of SOITEC shares.
Goldman Sachs International, in particular, was a significant contributor to this significant increase. The positions include shares resulting from loans and contracts such as call options and swaps, exercised at different times and prices.
These strategic moves reflect a consolidation of Goldman Sachs's position in SOITEC's capital. They are taking place within the framework of the French Commercial Code and the General Regulation.
