Morgan Stanley's threshold crossings in SOITEC's capital
On April 30, 2026, Morgan Stanley crossed the 5% threshold of SOITEC's share capital, acquiring 1,880,274 shares, representing 5.26% of the capital. This threshold was reached indirectly through its subsidiaries, notably Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc and Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC. This share acquisition took place off-market.
The following day, May 1, 2026, Morgan Stanley crossed below this same threshold. The company then held 1,659,446 shares, representing 4.64% of SOITEC's capital. This movement resulted from the sale of shares, which was conducted off-market.
